It all started with a former engineering student thinking “Hey…wouldn’t it be cool if there was a pool cue with a laser sight shooting out from the tip”. From there, it became a husband and wife shipping this invention of a laser-sighted pool cue from their home to eBay customers, and then ballooned into one of the most trusted brands in the world of online billiards sales. The CueSight Laser cue was the first product offered over 15 years ago. Since then, Cuesight.com has come to offer a full range of of both common and unique billiard supplies and game room accessories while still providing the personal touch of dealing with a small business that cares about it’s customers.
Having dealt with most major brands, CueSight has been selective about the brands they offer, choosing only those with the best reputations for both quality and service. Slick print ads and effective social promotional campaigns don’t always tell the whole story, so we decided to stick with those brands who have the best people in the business and are willing to stand behind their products 100%.
It’s usually only when you have a problem that you find out the type of company you are dealing with. Although we strive for perfection, we sometimes make mistakes. Heck, even our customers sometimes make mistakes by accidentally ordering the wrong size, or shipping to the billing address. Here at CueSight we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. When you call us, a real person will answer the phone, not an automated phone system asking you to press “1 for sales”, “2 for service”, etc. If no one is available you can leave us a voice message and we will return your call. All we ask is that you leave more than a name and number. Please extend us the courtesy of stating the reason for your call so that we can be prepared when we call you back. We will strive to do our best to rectify any problem that may arise, and our long-time repeat customers will attest to our desire to provide the best service in our industry.
That husband and wife are still here, but they’ve been lucky enough to add a few more trusted employees to the company to help it grow as we all continue to provide the best products and service we can. One of the most important questions everyone asks - when will my stuff get here?
All orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern generally ship the same day. We prefer to ship via FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated according to weight, your location, and other variables such as the shipping method. These charges will be displayed during checkout. We offer free ground shipping to the Contiguous US only for orders over $45. This does not apply to any express or international orders, or order shipping to AK, HI, and PR.
Most all of our orders ship from our warehouse in Matthews NC, so delivery by FedEx usually only takes 1-3 days for states as far west as Colorado, New Mexico, and even the Dakotas. Small package Priority Mail only takes about 3 days to the entire contiguous United States. If you live in far west states, you are generally looking at 4-5 business days for delivery. All of our orders get tracking numbers and we email those to our customer when the order ships so you can see exactly when it will be delivered.
Made-to-order products will take a little longer, but this information is noted on the individual item page.
