- Comments: I received my order sooner than I was expecting. The only thing wrong was I ordered a Pool Ball Key Chain and Scuffer, 8-all; but what I received was a 9-ball. (My order number was 22668.) But before I could call you and try to exchange it, my two very excited boys had already opened it and started using it. This one,m the 9-ball is adorable too so I guess I am really not that upset about receiving the wrong ball key chain scuffer. - Comments: I was shopping using an e-mail advertisement that they sent to me. The ad stated that if you spend over $100 you would receive free shipping. I was charged$14. for shipping and had to call the company to get the amount credited.

- Comments: Ordered two cues totalling over $500. Both cues were not properly aligned and one came with the wrong tip. Contacted customer service and sent them a prepaid overnight envelope to ship the replacements. I had to follow up with phone calls to ensure I had the replacements in time.
