OK - I love the prices and service, and based on this i would really rate this place excellent, i visit cuesight alot and have shopped their before, the only thing that disappointed me this time was before I had ordered, I received an email from the company about their special offers, one said that with any order, if you type the word "freebook" in the coupon code box you would receive the book "how to play pool right" i did type it in, but i never received my copy, which is no big deal, maybe the offer expired or didn't apply to me, i just found it dissappointing to not receive it, and for tha thave to rate them just OK.
