Good - Good store great accessories. I got a great pool glove from them and cue maintenance gear. Though I reccomend if you purcahse the Pool Cue Shaft Slicker to stay away from its normal intended use. Since its just a cloth with a dish washing pad inside, I see no point into stripping off the current polish on a cue , rather its better to clean up the cue of dirt using the suede pad. Then stripping out the dish washing pad and use the cloth to polish your cue with Q glide since one side of the cloth is waxed the polish does not go through it and onto your hand. Overall good expierience , item arrived in three days to NY.Though I was wondering why I had not recieved a tracking number and I called up the customer service line and was told my purcahse was shipped via USPS and they didnt opt for tracking services. I would recommend them for accessories. But I bought my cue from somewhere else since they didnt carry the cue I wanted and got, the Lucasi LD-1. Good Luck Shopping!
