- Comments: Overall the service was brilliant, it was the first time id spent more than 20 quid on the net, the cue i bought was 300 notes so i was panicked when i clicked ok and bought it. i spoke to the guy at cue sight technologies and he assured me that they would do everything they could to get it shipped asap. The cue arrived when it was supposed to. I was a little disapointed that i had to pay £35 pounds customs fees, so i would advise anyone to be prepared for this cost if the purchase is being shipped overseas. I was really pleased with the e-mail updates of my order and particularly the sms and online tracking service from ups. i was also really pleased that i got such a good exchange rate from dollars to pounds sterling. When I did not receive my merchandise on Friday I called the merchant. The man I spoke to was not very friendly. In fact he was very short with me and asked me if I had gotten a tracing number. I told him I didnt and he said then it was not coming UPS. He said it was coming parcel post it was too small to come UPS. He said he could have told me that since I didnt get a tracing number. He did tell me that if I didnt get it by Saturday to call him back and he would do something else. I did receieve it on Saturday but I will not buy anything else from them.
