Excellent - my order was short when it was sent to me and received no e-mail saying why not I had only received my case and a damn good case but there was no cue inside like i had expected i am sure you guys just have not received the new shipment and i am sure you guys are really busy. I was really excited to receive my case but had my hopes up and was dissapointed not to see the cue inside but will do buisness and recommend you guys as an excellent source of billiard supplies
