- Comments: This is a good merchant overall. The product info on their website is good. My only problem was trying to checkout using PayPal. Their checkout system did not send me directly to the PayPal site. The transaction on their site ended, but I remained confused about how to be sure I got them paid. I called their customer service number and got EXCELLENT service there. The whole thing was straightened out in 5 minutes. They shipped quickly and the products were as promised. They just need to make using the Paypal option easier.
