As per my comment above everything went great with the delivery of my order, it was correct and timely. However, I was sent coupons via e-mail and when I went to purchase a pool stick for my husband and use the coupon for what I thought was 30% off a stick and it would not honor it saying that: "The coupon only applies to certain items. None of them are in your basket." No where was it listed that the coupon was for certain items(that I could see). Good store great accessories. I got a great pool glove from them and cue maintenance gear. Though I reccomend if you purcahse the Pool Cue Shaft Slicker to stay away from its normal intended use. Since its just a cloth with a dish washing pad inside, I see no point into stripping off the current polish on a cue , rather its better to clean up the cue of dirt using the suede pad. Then stripping out the dish washing pad and use the cloth to polish your cue with Q glide since one side of the cloth is waxed the polish does not go through it and onto your hand. Overall good expierience , item arrived in three days to NY.Though I was wondering why I had not recieved a tracking number and I called up the customer service line and was told my purcahse was shipped via USPS and they didnt opt for tracking services.
