This time of year, we are shipping out nearly 1,000 packages a day. FedEx actually drops trailers here for us to fill. We KNOW the importance of getting that packaged delivered to that special someone -- we've made a business out of delivering the level of service people expect, but don't always receive. Your order is in good hands with us, regardless of all the other orders we are processing. Want to GUARANTEE it gets there on or before December 24? All you need to do is specify "Reindeer Express" as the shipping method. For a flat fee, your order will get priority processing in our office AND in our warehouse, and we will choose the best shipping option to make certain you receive it on time*. You should know that WE STOCK EVERYTHING WE SELL. In fact, we drop-ship for many other online billiards businesses you may have visited. So, we're 100% in control of getting your order processed, packaged, and shipped. We won't let you down! However, as you know, once it gets loaded onto FedEx's truck, it is up to them*. "UGLY SWEATER WARRANTY": We offer an "Ugly Sweater Warranty" on all Christmas orders. In fact, this is essentially the same as our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If the gift recipient does not like the items you purchased for them for any reason, we'll be glad to take them back, assuming they are still in new condition. Next year, be sure to cross the recipient off your list, though. We here feel it is tacky to look gift horses in the mouth, no matter how "ugly the sweater". *We've had very few problems with FedEx, but do be aware that the possibility always exists for them to have unforseen delays.
